Ready to make some changes in your thinking and emotional stuff? I love helping people figure themselves out and change their thought and emotion patterns, and I'm good at getting right to the core of your issues, even if it looks like a mucky tangle of stuff to you.
You get overwhelmed or confused by your thoughts and/or emotions, but the thought of doing something about it on your own makes you feel... well, overwhelmed! Or simply lost. Or maybe kinda panicky. You know and believe (or at least really hope) that things can be better and easier and less messy, but you're not sure how to make that happen.
You're ready to make changes, you're willing to put in some work, and you understand that there aren't any instant fixes here. I'm not into coddling, and I will push you if you need it. A bit of hand-holding and crying-on-shoulders is totally fine, but we're going to go full steam ahead with lots of taking action and tackling your real issues.
As well, I want to help you where you are right now and so while talking about the past is important, we're mostly going to focus on the present and what you can do now to make sure you get to where you want to go.

If you're in the middle of a mental health crisis (e.g. suicidal or really struggling to get through daily life) or are looking for help with a mental illness, I'm not the person you want to talk to. We can absolutely work within the context of any past or chronic mental health concerns you might have, but if the mental illness itself is what you need help with, a good therapist would be a better choice for you.
If you're really pessimistic and cynical about change, yourself, or your life, coaching sessions with me are just not going to work for you. You don't have to think that life is all sunshine and roses, but if you don't have some belief that things can be better, it's just going to be like hitting a brick wall, and that's unhelpful and kinda painful.
Also, very importantly, be honest - do you think that maybe you should change, but you don't actually want to? You won't get anything out of coaching if you don't actually want to make some changes. It's okay if you're not ready yet, come back when you are!
